In addition to training, the Wipro group has a number of common forums for Managers in different functions to add value to share ideas and learn from different countries and industry experts. Some of these are the Marketing Services Council (MSC), the Modern Trade Council (MTC), Purchasing Operations and Resource committee (POR) and they have meetings / workshops twice a year.
