Christine joined us in 2013, she has a Bachelor Degree of Science (Biology & Chemistry) from University TAR and over 16 years of experience in Retail & FMCG marketing both personal & skincare industry.

Christine, is a high positive energy, results-oriented leader. She is the proud Senior Marketing Manager of Bio-essence and since joining, the brand has obtained a 57% growth in sales with increased market share to 11.7% from 9.4% in the same year. By October 2017, Bio-essence has become No. 1 brand in the category of Facial Moisturizer in Malaysia (Nielsen) and has the highest TOM awareness ever recorded at 48% among the Chinese consumers in both moisturizer and cleanser segments. Bio essence was also being awarded the Best Product of the Year Asia by Watsons Global Supplier.

Recipient of Best Marketer in Customer Experience Marketing with Special Mention, Christine also managed to translate Sales growth in good market share gain and Bio Essence become No.1 skincare brand and have been maintaining the position for the past few years, in addition to further strengthened leadership position in Pharmacies.

Under her leadership, Bio Essence has reported a healthy and consistent growth in skin care category. Brand initiatives, marketing activations and trade activities were well planned and executed and proven helpful in building sales uplift.

Christine is a firm believer in collaboration and with strong partnerships with retailers, media, and agency, is what the brand has been built on.

Bio-essence Malaysia is now the No.1 contributor in terms of sales amongst 5 key regions (Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China).
